For Little My, nothing feels strange. She is brave, fearless and always ready. Fiery and irritated but also friendly and happy, like salty and sweet. By seasoning the coffee beans with salt and really sweet caramel, we got an excellent taste. A given favourite.
The base of this Moomin coffee comes from the wonderful pearl beans that slowly mature on the hills of Mogiana in southern Brazil. The pearl bean, a coffee berry with a single bean instead of two, offers a more concentrated taste experience. Weight: 250 g.
