Muurla’s Moomin Originals series is a celebration of Tove Jansson’s original Moomin illustrations. For this pristine series, we have invested time and effort in creating forms and shapes that highlight the original and eminent drawings. Simple yet modern shapes are the elements we see as fitting for Tove’s masterpieces.
Moomin vase featuring Moominmamma can also be used as a candle holder. The illustration includes Moominmamma painting roses on the wall. The Moomin family has left their home in Moominvalley and moved to a remote, barren lighthouse island. Moominmamma is missing their old home and her precious rose garden.
