Misabel is Moominmamma's maid who tends to be suspicious and quite dramatic, and she shares secrets and trouble with her dog, Sorry-oo. In the Misabel collection mug from the Moomin Classics Collection, Misabel is doing the dishes and washing the carpets. Misabel likes to do her work her own way and gets easily offended when her methods are questioned.
The illustrations are based on Tove Jansson's comic "Moominmamma's Maid" from 1956. Bottom stamp: by Arabia & Moomin with a paintbrush & character name in English. Illustration design by Tove Slotte.
