Lip Balm and Scrub is an exfoliating lip scrub that smooths and hydrates even severely chapped lips. Formulated with sugar to scrub away dry skin and shea butter to emolliate and soothe. Squeeze the pouch and apply as needed onto your lips. Scrub in a circular motion to exfoliate and gently buff away rough, dry skin. Rinse or wipe off. 25ml.
