For Little My, nothing feels strange. She is brave, fearless and always ready. Fiery and irritated but also friendly and happy, like salty and sweet. By seasoning the coffee beans with salt and really sweet caramel we got an excellent taste. A given favorite.
The base of this Moomin coffee comes from the wonderful pearl beans that slowly mature on the hills of Mogiana in southern Brazil. The pearl bean, which is a coffee berry with one bean instead of two, provides a more concentrated taste experience. Weight: 250 g.
